Job Description

A well established large national organization are recruiting for a Support Worker to become a Senior for their outreach services in Bristol. You will be working with Adults, who have learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and may display very mild challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Lead the team and line manage staff
- Be on hands with care / support plans
- Help out with staff cover, rosters / rotas
- Assistant with budgeting & finance
- No personal care

Qualifying candidates:
- Must have strong experience as a support worker or senior experience
- Must have your own transport to get to client homes

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £17,940 per annum = £9.20 - £9.50 an hour
- £9.20 an hour on weekdays and £9.50 an hour on weekends
- Full time 37.5 hours a week
- 45p per mile and paid travel time
- Shifts are 7am - 10pm
