Are you looking for a new job as a Senior Support Worker in a children`s home? Then look no further! If you are a developing Support Worker looking for a new challenge then read on!

You`ll be working with a team who support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. It`s a small home with the objective of changing children`s lives for the better.

You`ll be ensuring that the young people you support are treated equally, and you`ll need to ensure that their needs are met in a fair and balanced way. You`ll of course ensure that you and the team your supporting are promoting equal opportunities for all and you all challenge any behaviour that is unfair or discriminates.

About you
If you are a Support Worker that wants to grow and develop then this could be the job for you!
You`ll need experience working with vulnerable young people
Some Supervisory Experience
You`ll ideally have the Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent
You`ll hold a full, UK driving licence
