BS Social Care is currently working with one of the UKs leading providers of support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

They currently have a very exciting opportunity to join their team as a senior support worker. The ideal candidate will share the vision that every person has the potential to reach their goals. You will be loud and proud to support those with complex needs and work with them in their day to day lives to help them achieve and reach their full potential.

The services operate 24/7 so the shift patterns will be a mix of early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You may have to undertake sleep ins as well.

To be successful within this role you must have experience working with adults with learning disabilities or autism and also hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

For all your commitment you will receive a salary of £18,515, pension scheme, paid annual leave, reward and recognition schemes and excellent career progression.
