I have an exceptional Senior Support Worker job opportunity available with a leading independent social care provider who has an excellent reputation for providing high quality tailored care and support for young people living within residential settings.
You will join a small, established residential care home based in the Oldbury area. This exciting opportunity offers you the opportunity to join a provider who prides themselves on making a difference to the lives of the young people they support.
You will join this organization in a senior residential support worker capacity and take a key role in leadership for this service. You will ensure the care and welfare of each child and provide guidance and support to all RSWs. You will be responsible for staff supervisions, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments and rotas. You will also play a key role in promoting education, social inclusion and independent living skills.
You will be required to work a varied shift pattern to include sleep in cover. To meet the needs of the service you must have flexibility to also work some weekends and evenings on a rota basis. For your hard work and commitment, you will receive an annual salary of £19,466 + SLEEP IN allowance that will take your salary up to £23,666. You will also receive continued learning and development and career progression.
