Role: Service Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Location: Yeovil
Contract: Full time
Are you looking for a new role supporting adults with learning disabilities? Then look no further. We are recruiting for a Service Manager to help manage a team who support adults with learning disabilities in supported living- services around Yeovil.
You`ll be supporting the Registered Manager with the wellbeing and safety of the people you`ll be supporting and to the development of the team you`ll be managing. You`ll be responsible for the rotas, staff supervision and leading shifts. You`ll be supporting the Registered Manager in getting the services to full registration.

About you
" You`ll have some experience supporting Adults with Learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions
" A minimum of a Level 3 in Health and Social Care
" Experience of leading or managing a team including rotas, appraisals and disciplinaries
" Able to motivate and encourage a team
