Service Manager

Job Description

We have an exciting new opening for a Service Manager for a purpose-built rehabilitation service and care home for adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

We are looking for a confident individual with a background in care homes who is able to make autonomous decisions, while having the flexibility to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be supported in this role by some of the best nurses in the sector, competitive pay-rates and opportunities for progression.

The qualities and skills we are looking for are:
-Management and Leadership background
-Experience of working in a clinical service
-Quality driven and always seeking improvement
-QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)

The hours for this role are 37.5 per week and you will work 9-5 Monday to Friday with flexibility needed to work around this if required.

The salary for this role is a very competitive £45,000-£50,000 per annum.
