Job Description

Do you want to work for a leading, recognised provider of supported living and residential care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours?

Are you seeking a step up from deputy to service manager, where you can effectively manage a team, oversee multiple services and support people in your care to live independently?

On behalf of a national health and social care provider, who has a great reputation and is going through an exciting period of growth, I am seeking two service managers to oversee supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, ABI, mental health diagnosis and complex needs in Derbyshire.

Employed on a full time basis, you will oversee supported living services across multiple sites, including one to one, outreach and flat schemes.

You will be responsible for personal care and support, managing referrals, all elements of paperwork and managing a large staff team.

Liaising with external agencies, attending staff meetings and ensuring quality and compliance will be part of your service manager role.

This is the perfect opportunity for a deputy manager who is seeking their first step into a service manager role or an established service manager who wants to join a top performing provider of care.

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Proven experience within residential or supported living services for adults with learning disabilities at team leader level or above

* In possession of or working towards a relevant care management qualification

* Flexibility to work across multiple sites and share "on call" requirements

* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

In return for your extensive skills, knowledge and experience, you will receive a generous salary and annual leave allowance, continued training and development, paid mileage and genuine career progression opportunities.
