The position of Shift Leader will have knowledge of person centred care planning, will support their colleagues in the day to day organisation and administration at our Residential Service. You will promote a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of support, meeting person centred needs and ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

This is a small home for adults with Learning disabilities and Autism.

This role is on a rota basis Monday to Sunday. Please note this opportunity will require you to work evening, weekends and some sleep shifts
