I have a number of temporary full time and temp to perm full time positions in Oxford available at the moment. If you are looking for a full time role but only need it short term, or even if you want a permanent role but want to make sure it`s right for you first - these roles could be exactly what you are looking for.

I am working with a reputable organisation that provide housing and support packages for young people ages 16-25. These young people come from all walks of life and come with a range of needs from complex family, mental health, learning disabilities to behavioural challenges.

I am in need to Support Coordinators to help a couple of their services out for a couple of months, with a few for some of the roles to be temp to perm.

They need people that can hit the ground running; 12 months experience in care is essential, ideally working with young people. We`re really looking for people with a strong knowledge of housing and support, a key need in the service is people with housing management skills.You`ll also need to understand and implement a person centred approach to the support provided to the young people on the case load.

They run almost entirely electronically so you`ll need to be confident using the computer and able to pick up new systems. You`ll also need to be adaptable and able to work independently or with the team.

£9.00-£11.00 p/h
