We are urgently recruiting support workers to work in a residential children`s home in the Salford area.

The successful candidate will be supporting children aged aged 13-16 who can display challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality. You will passionate about supporting the children to develop the skills they will need to live a positive and happy life in the future. You will also have the ability to work with children who can have extremely challenging and complex behaviour in a calm and professional manner.

If this sounds the role you have been looking for you must have a minimum of 12 months experience within a relevant environment or 6 months with a relevant qualification.
