SUPPORT WORK - HORFIELD - £9.00 - £10.00 ph


You will be caring for 2 individuals in their home, one with epilepsy and learning disabilities and the other with learning disabilities. You will be helping with their nightly routines and ensuring any personal care requirements they may have are taken care of. You will be working with another member of the team who will be doing a sleep in.
