Job Description

Brook Street Social care are recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced support workers to provide support to individuals with challenging behaviour.

Your role will be to support individuals with complex behaviours with their day to day routines, this will include emotional support, administration of medication, provide positive support during challenging episodes.

Experience - For this role you will need competent and experienced when supporting someone with autism and learning difficulties.

Skills - Awareness of ADHD, Stamina, Resilience, medication administration, Good understanding of learning disabilities and Autism, ABI awareness, Good communicator/ Good listener

Drivers are desirable but not essential

Flexibility in regards to short term notice for shift cover will be required.

This is for several temporary positions we have available, all for long term shifts. We have full time, part time and ADHOC shifts available.
