£12.00 per hour
Part time and Full time hours available

We are supporting an amazing service in Liskeard who care for adults with learning disabilities. The home has 2 people living in their own supported living flats. The people you`ll be caring for will need support in the community with shopping, going to clubs, the gym and help with finances. Around the home you`ll be supporting with meal prep, medication and some emotional support.

What`s great about this service is the manager is looking for continuity so you and the service users can build a relationship, they don`t mind if it`s only 1 shift or 6 shifts week just so long as you`re consistent.

About you

• We are looking for people who can work day shifts (between 7:00 - 22:00) and/or sleep ins,
• You`ll need 6 months care experience.
• Happy to support with personal care.
• It would help if you have experience with learning disabilities. But the most important thing is your core values around supporting vulnerable people.
• If you have a DBS on the update service even better, as we can get you working really quickly!
