Role: Support Worker
Location: Thornbury
Salary: £21,060 - £24,627
Contract: Full Time, 37 hours,
Shifts: Shifts can include waking nights, sleep-in shifts, weekends, and unsociable hours. All shifts are on a rota basis.

About the job:

• You`ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to self-independence.
• You`ll become familiar with the service users care plans and their routines.
• Ensure safety and security of the home
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support and Care Plans

About you:

• You`ll be empathetic and someone who`s looking for career progression
• You`ll need experience providing support to people with mental illnesses or supporting in general.
• You`ll have knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and embedding the ethos of recovery into your own practice
