Role Overview: Join our team at Brook Street Social Care as a Support Worker for our Residential Care Home in Bristol. We specialize in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. Your mission will be to provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping residents develop key skills and maintain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care following company and CQC guidelines.
• Engage with service users to enhance their lifestyles.
• 2 sleep-in shifts per week (additional payment for nights).
