Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity providing support for individuals with learning difficulties?

You will be supporting individuals with learning difficulties, providing 1-1 support within the community, you will be supporting with day-to- day tasks and some domestic duties.

You ideally will be pro-active, confident around communication and able to assess situations quickly and effectively.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. You will have experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and be looking for a new opportunity!
