Job Description

This organisation provide care and support to the elderly, adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs within a variety of settings such as day centres or residential services.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

For this role you will be providing support to people with mental health needs with duties that include; general support, one to one support, domestic duties, ironing, laundry and potentially going into the community.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have a proven recent background in health and social care or will have an NVQ or QCF level 2 or above in health and social care.

The pay rate for this role will be £8 per hour and the benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
