Job Description

We are looking for an experience support worker for the outreach teach that support local rough sleepers based in Northwich.

This extremely important support service which provides the support and guidance to help people get their lives back onto a positive track again.

You would be working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off shifts which start at 6pm - 6am. You will be supporting rough sleeps to access the help and support they require depending on their needs. You will be working with another member of the team at all times.

Ideally you will have had experience working with people that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. You will need to have at least 12 months experience.

Due to the nature of this role you will be require to complete an enhanced DBS with BS Social Care but it would be even better if you have one on the update service.

This role pays £10.00 per hour.
