We are looking for support workers/care assistants in the Bristol area to offer specialist support/care for people with Dementia, mental health conditions and/or physical disabilities. If you have experience supporting adults and want a job in a warm friendly environment then we want to hear from you today!

You will be working for a company that provides specialist support with the intention of enabling independence. You will be supporting residents with daily tasks such as eating, bathing and getting around. So if you love a friendly chat and putting a smile on people`s faces then this is the job for you!

What we'll need from you:
- A minimum of one years experience in working within the care sector
- A DBS registered for the Update Service would be a great advantage
- Driver preferred but not essential
