Job Description

Role: Support Worker - Waking Nights (Homeless)
Location: Bath
Salary: £19,153 (£13.15 per hour)
Contract: 4 on 4 off, permanent, Average of 28 hours a week (7pm-3am)

The aim of the role is foster a good relationship with the clients, the local community and to maintain the safety of the people who live in the service.

About the job:

  • Be the first point of contact for the people accessing the service,
  • You`ll ensure that the people accessing the service are safe
  • Monitor CCTV, maintain and record an accurate log of events,
  • Ensure the service is tidy for the morning.


About you:

  • You`ll need to have some experience working vulnerable people or complex needs,
  • Be passionate and patient,
