Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, passionate and person centred manager to join a leading charity based provider in Warwickshire.

I am seeking an exceptional supported living manager to oversee the day to day running of their supported living settings within Stratford-Upon-Avon and the surrounding areas.

This service is easily accessible from Warwick, Solihull, Coventry and some areas of Worcester.

Employed on a full time basis, you will report directly to the director of operations and effectively motivate and manage your team to deliver an excellent service that promotes high quality, person centred care and support. You will be responsible for liaising with external agencies, managing a large staff team, whilst overseeing up to 2500 care hours per week.

You will work in partnership with the people you support, their families, your staff team and external agencies to exceed both CQC and company requirements.

This is a fast paced and demanding role due to the nature of the service so you must be able to make positive decisions that will benefit the people you support.

This is the perfect opportunity for an already established managerial applicant who can demonstrate a significant background managing supported living services for adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex care needs. Ideally, you will also have a background within respite care.

A formal care management qualification such as the QCF 5 in leadership and management or equivalent and full UK driving licence are essential.

Due to the nature of the managerial role, you will need to be able to commit to a shared on call rota.

In return for your skills and experience, you will receive a competitive salary, a generous annual leave allowance, continued training and development and other exciting benefits.
