BS Social Care are working with one of the leading companies in the country within the Health and Social Care sector.

We are looking for a team leader within support work.

You'd work with individuals to help them regain their self-esteem, well-being and independence by:

Supervising and leading a team fr a 5 bedroom service for adults with learning disabilities

Experience is essential for this role and have a DBS on the update service would be advantageous. You will also have a level 3 in health and social care.

The salary for this is between £23,766 and £26,077 per annum
