This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join a specialist Residential service for Children and Young People with Emotional Behavioural needs based in Wigan.

You will be working for a excellent provider in Residential Childcare specialising in supporting Children with EBD. Joining the group at a very exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future progression.

Duties include providing support to the RSW on shift, completing supervisions and supporting with their personal and professional development. You will support the Children in the home and provide a safe and nurturing environment. You will responsible for ensuring daily reports are completed and updated daily, whilst liaising with education and social workers.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in the Children and Young People sector. Ideally you will have a good understanding of Residential Childcare.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People and have atleast 2 years experience working at a RSW. A Full UK Driving License with access to own car is essential.

This is a full time position with a salary of £24,226 inclusive of sleep in shifts plus excellent training, development and exciting benefits.
