**** TEAM LEADER of a BSL Service ****

£22,000

BS Social Care has been tasked with finding a Team Leader for a service based in Sunderland under the umbrella of a national, highly regarded organisation.

This is a new role in an established service so, with the guidance and support from external managers, you can develop the position into your own using your skills and previous experience. You will lead the team in the running of a residential service offering support to one resident. You will also oversee a small outreach service giving support to service users in the community accessing appointments and activities.

A British Sign Language signer would be desirable but not essential. An NVQ 3 in a relevant field is essential, willing to work towards a level 5.

This is a lovely service to be a part of and work in and around. A Team Leader in position would help this service grow and develop into something which is able to offer more things to more service users.
