BS Social Care are currently working with a fantastic charitable organisation that offer support services for older adults, adults with mental health and adults with learning disabilities.

They are now looking to add to a team leader to their already established and award winning team. If you are a kind, sensitive, tactful and approachable are ready for a new challenge then this may be your next career move.

You will already have experience in leading a team, updating care plans, adhering to the rules and regulations of CQC and managing supervisions and rotas. You will be key in developing a person-centred team that makes a real difference to people's lives by:-
* Coaching and mentoring staff
* Creating an environment where people can problem solve and find solutions together
* Using the person-centred thinking tools
* Using the skills and interests of staff
* Effective key working

You will support the people you are caring for with personal care, meal times and will ensure that they are supported in leading a full and independent life.

For all your hard work and commitment you can expect a salary of £20,104 and 30 days annual leave allowance. So if you hold your NVQ LEVEL 3 in Health and Social Care , have at least 2 years experience supporting adults or children with learning disabilities or mental health.
