Job role: Team leader - Supported Living Service
Client group: Learning disabilities
Location: Oldbury
Salary: £24500 inclusive of on-call allowance

An exciting opportunity has become available a Team Leader to join an established provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs at their Oldbury service.
Your new organisation provides exceptional support and care to individuals who require assistance in leading fulfilling lives within a community setting.

As a Team Leader, you`ll play a vital role in coordinating and supervising your dedicated support team. Your responsibilities will include:
" Leading and mentoring support staff.
" Coordinating daily activities and care plans.
" Assessing service user needs and developing personalized support plans.
" Promoting independence, inclusion, and well-being.
" Monitoring and maintaining service standards.
" Managing administrative tasks related to service delivery.

Qualifications and experience:
" Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
" NVQ level 3 or working towards this is essential
" Proven background in a social care setting as a senior or team leader, or a skilled support worker who has supervisory experience and is looking to take on a leadership role formally is essential
" Commitment and availability to share the "on call" rota
