Job Description

Based in Hinckley we are looking for a QCF Level 3 Residential Children's worker.

Ideally a driver you will be looking after children who have EBD and challenging behaviour.

You will be required to work with each child and to make a positive difference, if you have worked within a residential children's home before this job is ideal for you.

Managing the team you will be promoting good practice, supervising the shift and overseeing the smooth running of the home.
