Therapeutic Support Worker
Location - Pembrokeshire
Salary- £16,000- £18,000

This is a company that was founded over 20 years ago which has remained committed to the care and support of vulnerable children in society.

You will be working in a children`s residential home supporting children in their day to day lives. This would include taking them on activities, taking them on school runs and with general up keep of the home.

The company is looking for enthusiastic, hard working people to work with young people who display challenging behaviour. Applicants must be reliable and flexible and have a passion for caring for young people.

To apply for this role you must be aged 21 or over with a full driving licence and transport.

Experience working with young people is required, ideally you will hold your QCF Level 2/3 in Children and Young People

You will need to be enthusiastic, committed, and flexible and have a passion for caring for young people.

You will be supported and trained to a high level. As well as a competitive salary the company will contribute to a pension as well as other benefits.
