Care Leader/Team Leader
Night Shifts
Exmouth

Our client if looking for a Care Leader/Team Leader to work night shifts are their service in Exmouth. You will be supporting 31 elderly residents, primarily with dementia. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a dedicated team of care assistants providing specialist dementia care.

As you will be working night shifts, there will be an on-call manager available should you require any support. Therefore, we are looking for someone with previous leadership experience and who is confident in being able to provide outstanding care and has experience supporting elderly residents.

The rate of pay will be between £10.70 and £11.15 an hour dependant on experience.
