** Waking Night Support Worker **
** Northampton and Wellingborough, Northamptonshire **
** Working with adults with Learning Disabilities within a supported living service **
** Permanent and full time **
** 35 hours per week **
** 9.30pm - 7.15am **
** £8.72 - £8.86 **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting Waking Night Support Workers within the within the Wellingborough and Northampton area of Northamptonshire on a permanent and full-time basis working with absolutely fantastic residents within their lovely residential and supported living setting. The adults you care for have different levels of learning disabilities.

They are now a successful and well lead charity working with adults (some of which were there as children and now grown up) to ensure that they are receiving the best possible care. Their ethos is totally person centred and they train their staff to give top professional care as this is paramount for everyone involved no matter why you are a part of it.

About the job; this role is to have fun with the adults within the supported living setting. You will be responsible for ensuring your residents are happy and enjoying their day as much as possible. You will work closely with the staff, the management team and the parents of the residents to bring exciting and creative ideas to the table to keep the days positive. You will follow the residents care plans, work hard as a team and do not just the residents and company proud, but do yourself proud. You will give top professional care and will do everything you can to follow the standards put in place by the charity. You will also hold additional responsibilities and assist managing the team.

About the ideal candidate; due to the location of this role, you will either be a driver or have a dedicated person to pick you up and drop you off as there is no public transport route. You will hold at least 1 yrs paid care experience in health and social care ideally working with adults in a residential or supported living setting.

A permanent and full-time role will be offered working 35 hours per week paying £8.72 - £8.86 giving you a salary of £15,870 - £16, 125 as a basic. There will be options for overtime, training and promotions to increase your pay
